In Office Pick-Up & Local Delivery Policy
Bankem Printing reserves the right to update and revise these In Office Pick-Up & Delivery Policy without prior notice to reflect the changes in our policies, services and/or in response to our customer’s feedback. If we decide to make changes we will revise the updated date. Please make sure you review this information frequently; anytime you place an order or otherwise access the Bankem Printing website, the most current In Office Pick-Up and Delivery Policy will apply.
In Office Pick-Up
When you place an order, if In Office Pick-Up is an available option for the product, you will be able to choose “In Office Pick-Up” within the shipping options you are offered. If you choose this option, the product will be available for in office pick up when the status of the order (in your account profile) changes to Ready for In Office Pick-Up and/or we send you an email or call you advising the order is available for in office pick up.
Bankem Printing In Office Pick-Up hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time). In Office Pick-Up order will be held for no more than thirty (30) days after the order status changes to Ready for In Office Pick-Up. If an order is not picked up within thirty (30) days, it is subject to disposal. Bankem Printing will not provide a credit or refund for orders that are disposed of due to not being picked up within thirty (30) days
